Leader Steel in Malaysia expects stronger demand in the domestic market
In the first quarter of this year, demand for Leader Steel Holdings Bhd steel products in Malaysia increased by 18% year-on-year.
Datin Tan Pak Say, general manager of the group, told StarBiz that according to the current price of hot-rolled coils of 680-700 US dollars/ton, the increased output is worth 50 million ringgit.
